I can't cast screen even I am connected to the same Wi-Fi, what should I do?

1. Turn off the router and turn it on after 5 minutes.

2. Check if AP isolation is enabled on the router. If AP isolation is enabled, turn it off and try mirroring the screen again.
Take TP-Link as an example, Device Management->AP Isolation->Close

3. Check if the proxy setting is enabled on the mobile network. If there is a proxy, disable the manual proxy or add the IP of the target device to the exception list.

4. Check if the 1001 TV PC application is the latest version, if not, please upgrade to the latest version. Then click "Run as administrator".

5. If you still cannot mirror the screen, please try using the [Mirror to Browser] function.

6. Or open your personal hotspot and connect your PC or TV to the hotspot, then try to mirror the screen.
